Over the last 50 years, Maare Advokataktieselskab has offered legal assistance in practically all areas to a long range of Danish and foreign companies, public authorities, municipalities, associations and foundations, as well as to private individuals. Naturally, this means that we have accumulated expertise in a great many areas. An example of this is contract law, where we have administered building construction projects and other large-scale construction projects for many public and private clients. It goes with out saying, that 50 years of consulting work has given Maare Advokataktieselskab a substantial network of contacts - to the benefit of ourselves and our clients in our daily work.

Compagny policy.

It has always been the firm´s policy to be a full-service law firm, focusing on being able to solve practically all legal assignments for our clients, regardless of the size and nature of the assignment. Consequently, all the lawyers in the firm are so-called generalists - lawyers with a very broad legal knowledge. As a result, most cases can be solved by one and the same lawyer, who quickly and efficiently establishes an overview of the differentnatured legal aspects of a case. For our clients, this means that their cases are processed more effectively; they have "their own" lawyer who knows how the case stands; and they get better, more personal consulting service.
